A REALTOR since 2003, Beth Christie’s years in real estate have given her the experience to expertly assist her clients with their needs, and her customer service focus ensures their satisfaction. Growing up in a military family where she frequently moved around the world, Beth understands the challenges that accompany a move better than anyone, especially when it involves relocating. The definition of integrity, energy, and hard work, Beth has earned her ranking in the top 3% of Panama City-area agents.
 
Beth’s passion for real estate came from watching her father — a REALTOR back in the 1980s — develop a love for it. She bought her first home when she was 26 years old and put down roots in the Panama City region in 2001. Beth has since become very familiar with its communities, making her a trusted resource for providing timely and relevant market info. Her local insights, combined with her retail buying and advertising background, enable her to implement cutting-edge marketing strategies and negotiate on her client’s behalf with savvy finesse.
 
Beth believes it’s as critical to be an advisor as it is an agent, and she’s always acquiring new knowledge and skills to keep up with the ever-changing real estate market and aptly serve her clients, community, and profession. Beth has also worked alongside local and national builders, making her well-versed in new construction sales. Most importantly, Beth shares her knowledge with her buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure they make the best decisions for themselves with total confidence — and have some fun along the way!
 
When Beth isn’t making her clients’ dreams come true, she enjoys spending time with her family, including two very spoiled cats.
