A resident of the Panama City region since 2005, Ramil Zartdinov supplements his local knowledge and agent status with his industry experience as a property owner, investor, and landlord. Before co-founding Local Insight Realty, Ramil won multiple top awards at his previous brokerage for his performance.

Ramil knows Panama City inside and out and respectfully considers each buyer’s essential criteria to find the right home for the right price in a neighborhood with their desired amenities. Once they find a house they love, he goes to bat for them — fighting to get them the best deal possible and coaching them through the process. When you’re selling, Ramil markets your home to attract prospective buyers, manages showings, negotiates your contract, assists you in arranging financing, and oversees inspections. From handling all the paperwork to supervising the closing, he will take care of you from start to close.

Originally from Russia, Ramil earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance before immigrating to the U.S. in 2005. He immediately made a new life for himself in Florida, has happily lived here since, and became an American citizen in 2018!
